I have submitted all this information to EA in a survey but I'm not sure if or when they'll have this issue fixed. What I think happened is that the EA Desktop app downloads the files for the celebration edition, but Origin is unable to open it because the original files for Battlefront 2 are not there. Under the Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition page in the Origin store, it says that it requires Battlefront 2 to work. When I looked at the game in the origin store, it said that I had already purchased it, but in the Origin store it was called Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition, while in the EA Desktop app it was just Battlefront 2. The game doesn't appear in my Origin library either. I had absolutely no issues with Squadrons, but when I try to play Battlefront 2, it asks me for a product code, which I don't have and don't know how to get. So I did all that and installed Star Wars Squadrons and Battlefront 2. To download EA play games, PC users have to download the EA Desktop app, where you can sign in with your EA account that's linked to the microsoft account that has game pass. I have game pass ultimate and I'm currently using it with my PC.
